Love no matter what
Even when I’m old and grey,
My love will never fade away.
Even if I died today,
My love for you would stay the same.
You are worthy to be loved and to love.
You are worthy to trust.
Do not believe the world’s lies,
Love never dies!
God is love.
God is everlasting.
Even when “he’s” broken your heart,
Even when your world seems to have fallen apart:
Give love.
Love is the most significant gift one can give to another,
And true love is like no other.
It’s true,
You’ll find a few who won’t love like you,
Love them anyway – right where they are.
True love can hurt,
But it won’t break you,
In fact a good love will help make you.
But don’t go searching for love my dear,
Know that love is always near.
Love is here, and there, and everywhere,
Love is near and far and everywhere you are, everywhere you’ve been, love is infinite, love is within.
Never deny yourself love – even after a heartbreak – even after you feel you’ve loved the wrong one;
Honest mistake!
Remember to love ALWAYS!
Love the strangers, love the friends, love the people who pretend to be someone they’ll never be –
LOVE THEM ESPECIALLY!
Just love,
You’ll come up on top.
And anyone who tells you not to love – ask them then:
If God lives within, how could you not love always?
Pray
I wasn’t raised in a very religious home. To be honest, as a child, I would say I believed in God but only because I thought that was what I was supposed to say. I knew nothing about God or religion or the relationship I needed to have with him. Somehow along my life’s journey I was called to God’s church, I became thirsty for his word, and I developed a relationship with him that is continually growing.
Pray baby, pray.
God provides for and protects those who diligently seek him. There is a certain peace I’ve developed as my relationship with God has grown.
How do you pray you may wonder?
I wondered this for a long time, I thought there was some sort of ritualistic proper way you had to speak when you prayed. I would be nervous to lead prayer because I thought I would say the wrong thing. But there is no wrong way to pray to God.
The best part about praying to God is that he knows the desires of your heart and all he wants is for you to tell him. He wants a relationship with you. He wants you to consult with him about everything.
“God help me pass this test!”
How many times have you prayed this prayer? If you haven’t yet, you will one day. Here’s the thing about God though, he expects you to do what you are able to do and then he will do the rest.
Trust me daughter, this isn’t some fairy tale story about a white man on his high horse waiting for you in the clouds. God is everywhere. God is everything. He is who you need him to be, and he will send who you need in your life sometimes to tell you what you need to hear. Pay attention to what’s being said, to what’s reoccurring in your life. Listen to it, learn from it.
As you pray – just talk to God as if he is your friend. He wants to be your friend. Recognize and acknowledge he is the best friend you will ever have. Tell him how great he is when you pray to him, and thank him for the blessings he has already written for your life.
“I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.” – Jeremiah 29:11
Get to know God through prayer. The more you pray the more direction you’ll receive to live the future you hope for. You’re never too old, too young, too wrong, too much of a sinner, to pray.
Pray, God is waiting.
Love you
Yes, I love you. I tell my daughter I love her multiple times a day, because I do, I love her more than I love my own life, I’d die for her, I know any other mother feels the same about her child; more than anything though, I want my daughter to love herself.
I don’t want her to feel as if she needs love from an outside source. So I tell her she’s beautiful, I tell her – if somebody doesn’t like you it’s because they really don’t like themselves. I show her how to take care of herself and what is and isn’t acceptable.
For a long time, I guess I didn’t love myself. It’s strange to actually type that, but it’s true. I had no respect for myself. I didn’t understand how beautiful I am. As a little girl I was teased, called white, big head, fat, ect. I allowed the cruelty of kids to get to me and I became mean (Ask anyone in middle school with me I was a real B word!).
And then in high school I was eaten alive; finessed by the supreme finesser. The first boy I ever loved (and to this day the only guy I’ve

My daughter Drew’s confidence stays on 100% I’d like to say I had a little do with that, but from birth she has owned who she is and her personality.
been in love with) started out as someone else’s boyfriend. And then he was someone else’s friend with benefits. All the while I gave myself to him along with all of my power.
It’s sad to look back and see how my low self-esteem lead me into something I was never meant to be in. I could have saved myself a lot of heartache and pain if only I knew how worthy I was.
If only you knew how worthy you are.
Think about this:
In all the years the Earth has been in creation there has NEVER been another you, and there will NEVER be another you. You are a gift to this Earth. And although right now you may think that means that the world owes you something, it’s actually the exact opposite.
You owe it to the world to love yourself. Because when you love yourself you love others, and when you love others you do good, and when you do good you change the world for the better.
As much as I love my daughter, and as many times as I vow to tell her and express to her my love for her, more than anything I want to show her how to love herself.
Love yourself – Just one of the things I’ll tell my daughter!
But Beyonce Did It
She went from a little girl in an innocent girl group to the Queen of the universe. I mean maybe I’m exaggerating, but really if there is a human on the planet that doesn’t know her I’d be surprised. She’s living her dreams. She’s living THE DREAM. She’s beautiful, famous, rich, loved by many, married and has a beautiful family. At least from the outside looking in she has it going on.
What makes her so special though?
If she can do it can’t I? Can’t you?
The answer is YES!
When they say “you can be whatever you want to be” please believe it!
You can be whatever you want be when you:
Work hard.
Believe in yourself.
Be persistent and consistent.
Be authentic.
Be flexible. Life doesn’t happen on our time, my dad always says, “life just is.”
I believe it, life is…But life is also what we make it! The Secret is we have the power to be all that we want to be, it’s just so many of us give up and give in to what society says we should be. When you’re thinking about your future, think like this:
If I keep doing the same things, will I be able to live the life I want to live?
If your answer is yes, you’re on the right track. If your answer is no, well, it’s time you face reality and realize that we can’t be whoever we want to be unless we act like that person we want to be. What I mean is, we have to do the necessary work to live the life we imagine. IT WONT JUST HAPPEN! (Unfortunately, it’s not that easy, trust me I wish it were).
So whatever that dream is you have in your heart BELIEVE it is possible.
Beyoncé did it… She’s just a woman who was once a girl with a big dream. Be sure you’re not worshiping the star but the creator of the star – the one who made it possible for her, the one who will make it possible for you!
